EastPondo® ( "EastPondo","we","our",or"us")provides this privacy policy (the "Policy") to inform you on how we process your information, whether you are a visitor to our website, or a purchaser of our products and services.
Except as explicitly provided herein, this Policy applies to your use of the EastPondo website (the "Website") , the EastPondo mobile application (the "APP"), and to any service offered by EastPondo that includes a link to this Policy. (each of these services and applications are collectively defined as the "Service") .

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery or return a purchase etc. we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it.

If you provide any third-party with your information, we recommend that you review their privacy policies as EastPondo does not control how they collect, process and transfer your information.
